Bogor, 24 April 2016 – Food business in Indonesia has enormous potential. Institut Pertanian Bogor challenged business students across the country in Young Social Entrepreneurs on Food to develop a business plan which can create social and environmental impact.
Our three business students from 2015 intake, Rahesza Natasya Tama, Ongki Olan Putra, and Dessy Nuraini, took up the challenge. They developed Tepung Pempek Instan (instant fishcake) as a hygenic and quality product. They came up as a runner-up after getting the judges and other nine participants amazed by their presentation — truly a job well done!
